Document & Library Management

Document management is the file management system. The files can be managed based on multiple location. Place to Rack number is captured in its sequence. Place > Building > Room > Shelf > Rack

In the rack we can add files and the files can be allotted to client based on the subject. The file numbers can be automatically generated or manually numbered. The files can be arranged based on client and subject.

In each file we add documents with numbers, hence the tracking of the documents can be done based on the solution, hence the missing document or wrong filing will be a story of the past.

Library management

It is an additional tool to track the books & brochure etc, which the office considers important and tracked. There is a facility to create book, add author, publisher & volume. It further provides for issue and receipt of the books; hence a total tracking of the books and documents are available.
